Rates are based on number of pages and whether the site is static or dynamic. A static web site consists solely of web pages and images, with no further processing required of the server. A dyanmic web site has forms (such as contact form or a guestbook) or shows pages based on content found in a date file or database (such as a calendar of events or a blog).
